Policies & Procedures
East Coast K9 clients must provide a current copy of your dog’s up-to-date vaccination records. Including:
• Rabies (Vaccine Certificate needed per NH state law)
• Distemper
• Parvovirus (DHPP/DA2PP)
Dogs can catch colds, viruses and parasites from each other. Even with proper vaccinations, there is still a possibility of contagion. All dogs who are displaying signs of respiratory illness, giardia, vomiting, or lethargy are required to stay home. If dogs display any symptoms, Class owners will be rescheduled for a date at least 24 hours after last present symptoms.
East Coast K9 LLC Bite Tolerance: Any aggressive behavior towards a person or other dog will be judged by me, Ciara Amerena, and handled accordingly. Any such behavior may ultimately end in termination of any and all services at my discretion.
In the event your dog needs to be taken to a veterinarian during his/her stay, we will attempt to contact you prior to leaving if circumstances and time allow. All fees associated are your sole responsibility.
There is NO guarantee of specific training results. Progress depends on consistent practice by the owner outside of sessions, and ECK9 is not responsible for lack of improvement resulting from the owner’s failure to follow training recommendations.
