Cancellation Policy

All booking fees/payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to assist, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within two weeks of cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for rescheduling using the original payment. A new payment will be required to book a future appointment.

If we (ECK9) cancel your lesson or class, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost, in a timely manner.
